All deposits on ph797 are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph797 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph, subject to the availability of each payment method at the time of transaction. ph797 does not charge deposit fees on standard transactions, though your payment provider may impose separate charges.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit wherever technically feasible. ph797 does not permit withdrawals to third-party accounts. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method: GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 3–10 minutes for verified accounts; bank transfer withdrawals may take up to one business day. All transactions, balances, bets, and payouts on ph797 are denominated in Philippine Peso. Deposits made in other currencies will be converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. ph797 is not responsible for any currency conversion costs imposed by your payment provider.
All bets placed on ph797 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant game category — slots, live dealer, sports betting, sabong, bingo, or card games. In the event of a discrepancy between these general Terms and any specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.

ph797 does not guarantee that the platform will operate error-free or without interruption. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph797's total aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim shall not exceed the amount deposited by that user in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than a Terms breach, ph797 will return the verified real-money balance to the user via their registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any outstanding investigation. Bonus funds and bonus-derived winnings are not returnable in any circumstance of account closure.
You may close your ph797 account at any time by contacting support. Any pending withdrawal requests will be processed according to standard timelines before account closure is finalized.
ph797 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments will be communicated to registered users via email to their registered address and/or by a notification displayed upon login. Continued use of the ph797 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must close your account before the effective date of the changes.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with your use of ph797, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through ph797's customer support process shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, you agree to notify ph797 in writing of the nature of your dispute and to allow ph797 a period of 30 days to attempt to resolve the matter informally.
